Are all your gemstones real? Can I get a certification for my gemstone?

Yes, all we use are natural gemstones. We can provide a certificate of authenticity from NGTC or other authoritative appraisal agencies for an additional fee of $30-$100 per gemstone/strand/jewelry piece. This process takes 2-3 working days. Please request a certificate when placing your order.

Is Your Jewelry Hypoallergenic?

We use S925 silver to make jewelry, the rhodium-plated coating ensures that the jewelry will not fade easily, and the lead-free and nickel-free should relieve most people's allergies.

Can you make the same design in different metals ?

Yes, we can make jewelry in 925 sterling silver, 14k & 18K white and yellow gold respectively.

Do you offer ODM and OEM service?

Yes, ODM(Origional Design Manufacturer) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) are our main services. You can send us your design picture, and our design team will help bring your designs to life. The production time for a custom design is around 7 working days for a new mold and 7-15 working days for the main production. Our MOQ for OEM orders is 50-200 pieces depending on the design.

Can I add my LOGO on products?

Yes, LOGO service is available in GemMiracle. There will be an additional fee depends on the design and order quantity. Contact with us and we will quote the exact fee for your order.

Can I customize the packing?

Yes, personalized packaging requirements are accepted. Please contact us with the details, and we will provide you with an exact cost based on your order.

How can I pay for my jewelry?

We accept PayPal, Telegraphic Transfer (TT), and major credit cards.

How can I change my order?

After you complete the payment, you will receive a confirmation email, you can recheck the style and quantity of the order to see if it is correct. If there is anything that needs to be changed, please contact us within 24 hours. We will change your order according to your adjustment.

Does your price include all duty and taxes?

The prices shown online are the wholesale price without import duties and taxes. All the duties to be paid for export from China would be borne by GemMiracle. Any import duites or local duties levied at destination would be borne by the client.

Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.

SHIPPING

How much is the international shipping fee?

We utilize DHL and FedEx International Priority services for order fulfillment. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and total parcel weight. Complimentary standard shipping is provided for orders exceeding $300USD. For orders below this threshold, applicable shipping fees will be automatically determined during the payment process.

How long will it take to ship my order?

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days following order confirmation. Customized orders require additional production time and will be processed accordingly.Normally delivery time is 2-4 working days to North America and Asian countries, 3-5 working days to Europe, 4-6 working days to South America and the Pacific Ocean countries, and 5-7 working days to African countries."

How do I track my order?

We will send your a confirmation e-mail when you finish the payment. Upon dispatch of your order, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details will be automatically generated. This unique tracking identifier enables real-time monitoring of your parcel’s transit status through the DHL Express or FedEx International Priority online platforms, with delivery timelines varying by destination country customs protocols and carrier service levels.

Can I change the shipping address?

Yes, the shipping address can be modified before the package is summitted to the express company. You could contact with us and we will change the delivery address according to your request. Please notice: Once the shipment is handed over to the express companay, no modification can be made to the order.

RETURN&EXCHANGE

What is your return policy?

GemMiracle offers a 30-day post-delivery remediation window for manufacturing defects or material discrepancies in product specifications. Clients who encounter non-conforming items may initiate a return authorization agreement through our customer service portal and receive a full refund.

How do I return my purchase?

Contact us at service@gemmiracle.com or form to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

What products aren't eligible for return?

·Custom design fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
·Refunds or exchanges will not be offered if the product has been used or if the jewelry has been removed.

CLEANING&STORAGE

How to care for sterling silver jewelry?

To care for your jewelry, avoid contact with water and chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming and showering, and put it on after applying makeup and perfume.

Where to store sterling silver jewelry?

Store S925 jewelry in a cool, dry place, protecting jewelry from direct sunlight and moisture. For example, place jewelry in an airtight bag or anti-tarnish pouch, then store them in a jewelry box.

How to clean sterling silver jewelry?

·Use a soft cloth or specialized silver polishing cloth to gently wipe off mild oxidation.
· Rub with toothpaste and a soft-bristle toothbrush, rinse with water then dry thoroughly.
·For stubborn tarnish, putting a tbsp of baking soda and salt into boiling water, soak jewelry together with aluminum foil for 10 seconds.
